What shipped, and when.

One entry so far. We will add to this page every time something meaningful changes.

Pilot

WorksPro starts its pilot.

WorksPro is in pilot with a Southern California public-works electrical contractor, replacing the spreadsheets it runs on today. The pilot build is the base everything else sits on: projects, budgets, the Command Center and the project page.

In the pilot build

  • Owner Command Center: backlog, projected gross profit against bid, productivity factor, over/under billing and cash tied up, with ranked insights
  • Projects with contract items, cost codes and budgets by cost type
  • Project page: budget burn by cost type, man-hour S-curve, cost-code heatmap and quantities
  • Agencies and contacts, purchasing, and the materials price book with distributor pricing
  • Roles for owner, admin, PM, estimator, foreman, office and read-only, with costs hidden from field roles
  • Excel and CSV import with a dry run before anything is saved

Rolling out during the pilot

  • Foreman field app with offline drafts and office approval
  • Change orders, pay estimates, retention tracker and WIP report
  • Bid engine, production history, bid-tab intelligence and what-if markup
  • Wage determinations, apprentice ratio, compliance reminders and certified payroll export
  • Crew board and the weekly owner email

Phase 2

  • Phase 2Ask WorksPro and the Monday owner briefing
  • Phase 2Bid-package and bid-tab PDF readers
  • Phase 2Foreman voice entry
  • Phase 2RFIs and submittals
  • Phase 2QuickBooks sync

Bring one bid and one live job. We will show you both in WorksPro.
