What counts as a user?
Anyone with a login: owner, PM, estimator, office or foreman. Laborers, apprentices and other crew who appear on a daily report but never sign in are worker records, and they are always free.
How does annual billing work?
You pay for the year up front and get 2 months free: $249 a month on Crew and $499 a month on Contractor.
Is there a trial?
Yes. A new account gets 14 days with every Contractor feature and no card. Most contractors start with a demo on one of their own bids and one live job, then use the trial to load their real data.
What happens if I go over my users?
Extra users are $25 a month each on Crew and $20 a month each on Contractor. You can also move up a plan at any time.
Why is the bid engine only on Contractor?
Bid-tab intelligence and production history are worth the most once you have several jobs and bids in the system. Crew is for running jobs. Contractor is for running jobs and winning the next ones.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect right away and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Every record type exports to CSV, and WIP, pay estimates and certified payroll export to PDF. If you cancel, the account stays readable so you can take everything with you.
What does Phase 2 mean on this page?
Those items are planned and not in the product yet. WorksPro is in pilot, and we would rather tell you now than let you find out after you buy.
